CNET recently reported on how trust is quickly becoming a key issue as more marketers integrate their messaging to the Web. Given the rise in popularity of tools like blogs, podcasting, and social networks, it was only a matter of time before priority began shifting toward credibility verification and reputation management. On a fundamental level, as more and more people use these tools, it will become increasingly important to know who is talking -- and trust that they are who say they are.
