--> Research Book Work Group: April 10, 11 am
Producing the "Measuring Word of Mouth, Volume 2" book.
--> Communications Council, April 13, 3pm ET
Leading the effort to promote and protect Word of Mouth. This is an informational call for interested members.
--> Ethics Task Force, April 17, 2pm ET
Continuing to build a foundation for an ethics-based WOM industry. Participation by invitation only.
