Virtual Coffee Break: Communities Chat Log
WOMMA hosted its first virtual coffee break with members on Feb. 27. Users logged into the Member Center for an engaging online chat that focused on building and participating in consumer communities. The text from that chat -- which touched on topics such as monitoring third-party communities, managing social networks, and the ethical use of competitors' sites -- is now available in the Member Center. Simply log in, click "View All Chats," and select "Virtual Coffee Break - Communities."

WOM Wednesday Teleconferences: New Audio
On Wednesday, Feb. 14, WOMMA hosted a teleconference with Fiskars Brands and its agency, Brains on Fire. In an hour-long call, speakers Suzanne Fanning and Virginia Miracle told listeners how to build a brand ambassador movement, including how to monitor existing customer conversations and how to enable new ones. A recording of that teleconference -- a $60 value -- is now available free to WOMMA Members. To access the recording, log into the Member Library within the WOMMA Member Center.
