Restaurants used to give away matches. Everyone grabbed one, even if they didn't smoke.

Those little things got passed around, saved in the big bowl in your house, shared with friends.

They started conversations about the restaurant for many years.

Long-term, inexpensive, simple word of mouth.

Your job: Make sure that no one ever walks out of your door ever again without a conversation-starter in hand.
