Meet Your WOMM-U Faculty: Brad Fay of the Keller Fay Group
WOMMA is happy to introduce WOMM-U Faculty member Brad Fay, Chief Operating Officer of WOMMA member company the Keller Fay Group. Brad co-founded the Keller Fay Group in early 2006 with CEO and The Influentials co-author Ed Keller, who is also WOMMA's Board President. The Keller Fay Group is the first market research firm dedicated to understanding and measuring WOM, which is now a $1 billion market and the fastest growing marketing services discipline, according to PQ Media.
Prior to founding the Keller Fay Group, Brad served as managing director at Roper Starch Worldwide, which later became RoperASW and NOP World, where he supervised Roper Public Affairs, Starch Communications, Financial Services, Technology, Media, and Omnibus Services. Frequently quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Businessweek, Advertising Age, and PR Week, Brad was formerly editor of Roper's Public Pulse newsletter and a columnist in AMA's Market Research magazine. His articles have appeared in publications including Public Perspectives and Pharmaceutical Executive, and in papers at industry conferences for the ARF, WOMMA, and AAPOR.
In 2007, Brad won the Grand Innovation Award of the ARF for the development of TalkTrack. He is also a co-chair of WOMMA's Influencer Marketing Council, a member of the Market Research Council, and has lectured about survey research at Rutgers University's Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
