WOMMA Backs Transparency, Full-Disclosure, and Strong WOM Ethics
Today WOMMA put out a press release announcing our support of the principals of a new U.K. law that makes nondisclosure in WOM activities illegal. This legislation aligns with the standards dictated in WOMMA's Ethics Code, and we hope that word of mouth marketers in the U.S. continue to diligently maintain high ethical standards to pre-empt the need for similar legislation in the U.S.
