Let me start with Q6: the first half about eveyone using their true identity seems redundant with Q8. The second half about disclosing their their affiliation seems like Honesty of Relationship, but it seems a little different than Q1, in that asI read it it covers taking responsibility downstream.
I propose deleting Q8 and adding a second question under Honesty of Relationship, something like “Do we insist that agents or volunteers working for our agencies, vendors, and other service firms that we employ disclose that they are working on our behalf?”
A little awkward, but that’s the gist.
Q11 —I’m not sure what "inappropriate word of mouth is". Should it just say that they have a "plan to monitor WOM generated by our advocates to ensure compliance with our guidelines” or something like that?
Q13 —The word vandalize seems a bit inflammatory—I believe vandalism is a specific criminal offense. I take it this is for things like putting up posters or the infamous MSN Butterfly in NY? The only other word I can think of is "deface", which to me is a bit softer though still pretty strong. Or we say something about complying with all local rules and regs "egarding posting notices, etc.
Q16 —“if appropriate" at the end of the question seems to open a big loophole. Who determines if it is appropriate? Does COPPA or anything provide some kind of standards we could refer to here?
