#9- add "How are those training and instructions disseminated to employees, agents and contractors? How often are those standards reinforced through additional training?"

#19 Have they or any subsidiary or closely related entities engaged in such expressly forbidden practices as running fake blogs, operating boiler rooms, or other operations for the purposes of posting false reviews, endorsements, or evaluations of clients’ products/services, or those of their competitors? Are they willing to certify this in writing in their contract?
