Bill suggests changing the word 'agents' in number 9. I disagree with this. This is the correct term, I believe. Some firms and WOMM models do in fact use recruited 'agents', as defined by the American Heritage Dictionary: 'One that acts or has the power or authority to act. 2. One empowered to act for or represent another'.

My two cents on the modification goes to point 5. I would add the terms 'dis-information or mis-information'.

To point 9, I would add something like '...provide the tools and resources to assist our volunteers and agents to remain educated and aware of these standards, as well as, remain in compliance...'
