Q6: True identity is redundant with Q8. The second half needs work as it is a bit muddy.

Q11: Inappropriate WOM is too vague and difficult to define. It should monitored to ensure compliance against our set WOMMA guidelines and standards.

Q13: Vandalize is a criminal action. That said, inappropriate WOM is the least of the issues. Deface or to permanantly or significantly physically alter in a way not intended for original use could cover it.

Q16: We could drive a truck through the loophole. This needs to be significantly tightened up with additional language. I am not quite sure where to look but Jim offers a good suggestion.
