3. Are those individuals who are speaking for us free to form their own opinions and share all feedback, including negative feedback?

I think that there SHOULD be a means for people to be able to constructively share feedback. I do think that there should be a "governer" in case someone has a bad experience and conducts an all out smear campaign.

4. Is all of the information provided to advocates, consumers, and the media factual and honest, and are all of our claims accurate?

I think that EVERYTHING should be transparent. If you are honest all the time you do not have to remember which lies you told to whom.

17. # Does the agency subscribe to the same high standards of ethical behavior and practice, and are they willing to guarantee the ethics of their own work as well as that of all subcontractors?

I am SICK of companies and people not taking responsibility for the actions of the people they hire or employ. Just saying "I didn't know" is not a good enough excuse. I think there should be some kind of oversite on any program you initiate and implement.
