WOMMA members led multiple information-rich, standing-room-only panels. Clearly, the marketing industry is hungry for more information on WOM, and they are turning to WOMMA to give it to them.
Word-of-mouth, viral, and buzz issues were clearly dominant themes throughout the event. 7,000 marketers attended the show, and anything related to our topic area was in hot demand. The two WOM-specific panels were as crowded as the keynote sessions. WOMMA's key issues were major discussions on many related panels, including blogs, email, and consumer-focused branding.
