M80 is seeking a valuable team member to spearhead campaign measurement, analytics, research and reporting for the company. To define our strategy, you'll need to solve some fundamental issues about how and when to use various metrics and what tools to deploy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the analysis of data, structuring reports for clients, working with key analytics partners and tools, and helping shape the strategy for key campaigns. Our clients include top entertainment and consumer brands.
Responsibilities:
- Identify data points and sources
- Work with key analytics partners and tools
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Help shape strategy for key campaigns
- Structure data into digestible client reports and visualizations
- Communicate complex ideas simply
- Increase the quality and usability of existing information and introduce new and improved project reports
- Streamline metrics generated from influencer outreach initiatives, brand ambassador programs and conversation marketing activity
- Determine audience reach, impressions, and conversions
- Develop critical tools, processes, and training to improve our reporting, research and analytics
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience with online measurement, metrics, and analytics
- Ability to process, submit and/or review data in a timely manner
- Experience using third party research tools such as; Nielsen/NetRatings, Media Metrix, Alexa, Compete, Quantcast, etc.
- Familiarity with online social networking, the blogosphere, social media and general Web 2.0 features and functionality
- High level of general computer literacy
- Detail oriented and organized
- Confident
- Quick learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive
- Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fun, fast-pasted, ever changing, independent environment
- College degree required
