The Heart Rhythm Society has an opening for a Director of Marketing responsible for the overall strategy, planning, development and implementation of all aspects of marketing in support of the Society's programs, products and services.
The Director of Marketing will work with the VP and Manager of Marketing to:
- develop and insure effective execution of organizational marketing plans and strategies
- manage creative concept development; develop and ensure effective market research utilization
- design and write specific marketing deliverables in-house
- manage overall brand integration and corporate identity
- build marketing and promotional message platforms
- provide supervision to the Marketing Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing
- seven or more years of Marketing experience
- demonstrated depth of experience in Market Research Development and application
- depth of experience with e-marketing and web
- two or more years of experience with direct management of staff
- association experience and understanding of healthcare industry are a plus
- must have excellent written and verbal skills
- budget management experience and proficient in MS Office
