Senior Manager of Online Community and Marketing - Satmetrix - Foster City, CA

Satmetrix, a global leader in customer loyalty software and consulting, is looking for an innovative marketing professional to drive growth in its and online community business. This individual will lead online marketing activities and content management for the Net Promoter® customer loyalty community, meeting business growth goals and creating expanded offerings for the community. The ideal candidate will have previous experience marketing new web-based, knowledge-based, or information-based solutions for business users, ideally in a small company or start-up environment. Familiarity with online communities and business models is a plus.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement online marketing strategies to drive increased registrations and site traffic.
  • Develop strategies and marketing campaigns (email, SEO, SEM, co-marketing with partners) to drive registration and revenues for conferences, training, and other programs.
  • Work with subject matter experts and partners to develop user-generated content and published content from subject matter experts.
  • Optimize web site design and content to enhance user experience and drive interaction.
  • Solicit feedback from community members to identify unmet needs and develop new services.
  • Create and implement marketing plans and supporting business processes for new member services and programs.


Experience required:

  • 5-7 years experience in an online marketing, communications, or content management role
  • Demonstrated track record of innovation and success launching new products and services
  • Domain experience in the area of online communities or social networking a plus
