About This Blog

Welcome to WOMMA's WOM Research Blog. We started this blog, along with the companion email newsletter, to highlight the latest develoments in word of mouth marketing measurement and metrics. Our goal is for this to become the definitive go-to resource for all the latest research and studies.

This is also our latest experiment in participatory blogging. We invited some of the leading experts in the WOM research field to enable a vigorous conversation about an interesting topic. Everyone is encouraged to submit ideas (send them to editor@womma.org).

Comments are open, so we encourage everyone to jump in and have your say. Just keep it honest and keep it clean. Please feel free to link, trackback, add us your feed, and forward the lessons you find insightful.

If you would like to contact us directly, please feel free to use our handy online form.

Disclosures

This blog is hosted and moderated/edited by the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and its members. We'll delete any inappropriate, off-topic, or non-constructive contributions. Why? Partly because associations have obligations to serve as a neutral forum. But mainly because it'll make it a better conversation, which is the whole point.
