Christine has 18 years of market research experience, both as a vendor and client. The past 8 ½ years have been with Hilton Hotels Corporation in the Market Research Department, overseeing design and implementation of the company’s custom qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. This research runs the gamut from complex quantitative research (e.g., segmentation, conjoint and discrete choice studies for product development, and longitudinal consumer behavior analyses) to a variety of qualitative initiatives (e.g., advertising concept testing, in-market product evaluation, website/portal development research, and HHC’s online guest community). In her role, Christine leads the team in providing consumer research support and consultation to all of the company’s brand teams (Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hampton, Homewood Suites, Conrad, Waldorf=Astoria Collection, and Hilton Grand Vacations Club), as well as many internal shared services departments.

Prior to joining HHC, Christine worked with several research firms, including six years with Chadwick Martin Bailey, Inc. of Boston, Massachusetts. Her undergraduate and graduate education was in Sociology, at Lambuth University and the University of Memphis, respectively, with particular focus in applied methodology and statistics.
