Renan Tavukcuoglu is Co-founder and Director of the first and only WOMM agency in Turkey; FikriMuhim.com. FikriMuhim.com is the pioneer of WOM in this country and has sponsored the very first WOMM Conference in March 2007.
Renan helped create and implement innovative WOM techniques regarding cultural issues in the Turkish market. Her monthly articles are published in marketing communications and pharmaceutical magazines. She has been interviewed by major newspapers and magazines like Forbes. She has been invited to TV programmes to talk about Word of Mouth in Turkey. Renan is frequently invited to speak internationally.
Prior to establishing FikriMuhim.com, she has lived in USA for 8 years doing marketing and business develeopment for software and finance companies.
Renan holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul, Turkey and an MBA degree from University of Hartford, CT, USA.
Renan is a movie buff, a book lover and a fanatic mom. She lives in Istanbul with her husband and 4- years-old son.
