Nominating Committee – the Nominating Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors following an application submission process. The Nominating Committee is responsible for reviewing submissions for service on the Board of Directors, vetting submissions, and presenting a slate of candidates to the Board of Directors to be voted on for the membership.
