Virginnia Miracle from Brains on Fire opened Day 2. She spoke of the Six T's for word of mouth.She suggested that we look at our customers in terms of the six t's as where they are currently and what there potential might be: turning customers into evangelists.
Six T's:Talkers, Topics, Tone, Tools, Tangos, Tracking
Who talks about you and who do you want to talk to?
Current: Frequent Users, observers, fans flamers
Potential: Evangelists, Influential's, Brand Ambassadors, Critics
She spoke about their client, Fiskars, who makes scissors and their use of the passion for scrapbooking to create Fiskar evangelists. John Moore has a great post about that at Brand Autopsy.
